To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet all of the following criteria:

* Make a single purchase totaling over £750 (British Pounds). Please note: This qualifying spend applies to the cost of goods and our installation services; however, delivery charges are not included in this total. The qualifying total can include any combination of goods and services offered by SOARO LTD, such as turf, landscaping materials, building materials, planters, and associated installation.
3. Refund Scenarios Based on Norwich City FC's 2025-2026 Championship Performance:
* Scenario A: Norwich City FC Wins the 2025-2026 Championship
If Norwich Football Club is declared the outright winner of the English Championship for the 2025-2026 season, eligible customers will receive a full money-back refund on their original qualifying purchase. This means 100% of the original purchase price paid (for the transaction exceeding £750, excluding delivery charges) will be returned to the customer.
* Scenario B: Norwich City FC Finishes as Runner-Up in the 2025-2026 Championship
If Norwich Football Club finishes as the runner-up (2nd place) in the English Championship for the 2025-2026 season, eligible customers will receive a £100 refund. This £100 will be issued as a direct refund to the customer.
4. What "Full Money Back" Means:
As stated in Scenario A, this means a 100% refund of the original purchase price for the qualifying transaction (excluding delivery charges).
5. Claiming Your Refund:
Details on how to claim your refund (e.g., required proof of purchase, contact method, specific timeframe for claiming) will be provided at the conclusion of the 2025-2026 football season, should either Scenario A or B occur. Customers will typically need to present their original receipt or invoice clearly showing the qualifying purchase and the applied promotion code, along with proof of age and residency if requested.
6. Exclusions:
This offer is valid only for purchases made directly from SOARO LTD. Refunds apply only to the cost of goods (including turf, landscaping materials, building materials, planters) and eligible installation services that contribute to the £750 qualifying spend. Any associated delivery fees are explicitly excluded from the qualifying total and refund calculation. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.
